INTRODUCTION
ExWagen redefined the car auction market by turning a tedious sales process into an immersive digital experience. To bridge the gap between German sellers and international buyers, I collaborated with the brand to transform their vision into a high-octane platform—from a gamified UI to a seamless, interactive listing system.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
A revolutionary auction portal bridging German sellers and global buyers through a high-performance, gamified dashboard
ExWagen is an innovative intermediary platform connecting German car dealerships with global clients. The project’s core is to move away from boring, table-based forms. Instead, we created a dashboard that visualizes vehicle data—mileage, equipment, and condition—using glowing HUD elements and 3D-inspired layouts, giving the user full control through a "gaming" lens.
THE CHALLENGE

The automotive industry is often bogged down by dry technical data and repetitive paperwork. The client’s vision was radical: "Make it look like a video game." The challenge was to maintain professional credibility and data accuracy while utilizing a dark, neon-lit aesthetic. We had to ensure that the interactive "car-adding" process remained faster and more efficient than a standard form.
THE SOLUTION
A gamified HUD experience that turns complex vehicle listing into an intuitive and interactive digital quest.
I implemented a "Gamified Listing System" where sellers interact with the car's profile as if they were customizing a vehicle in a simulator. Key metrics like mileage and equipment are presented as interactive glowing orbs (HUD style), making the onboarding process highly engaging. Using a sleek midnight-blue and electric-cyan palette, I ensured the brand evokes both high-speed technology and German engineering precision.
